Cyber resilience framework
Six Elements of Cyber Resilience
Cyber resilience requires more than a single security tool or policy. This framework outlines the six interconnected disciplines that help organizations build lasting protection against evolving threats.
- All six disciplines addressed
- Gaps identified and prioritized
- Incident-ready posture

A Framework for Resilience
True cyber resilience is not a single control or product, it is a posture built across six interconnected disciplines: identification, protection, detection, response, recovery, and governance. Most organizations have addressed one or two. Few have structured all six in ways that work together.
The Business Problem
Most organizations focus their security investment on protection, firewalls, endpoint tools, email filtering. The other five elements receive far less attention. That incomplete posture is where incidents take hold, persist without detection, cause more damage than necessary, and produce recoveries that take longer than they should.
How We Approach It
We assess the organization's current posture across all six elements, not just the areas where tools are already in place. Where gaps appear between disciplines, we build a prioritized path that addresses the highest-risk areas first and connects each element to the others in a coherent, documented resilience architecture.
What Changes
The organization moves from a fragmented, tool-heavy security posture to one that is structured, documented, and tested across all six elements. Incidents that do occur are detected faster and responded to more effectively. Recovery is planned rather than improvised. And leadership operates with a clearer, more honest picture of what the organization is actually protected against.
