Growing With Great Partners: Our Sherweb Story on The Des Moines Register
A press release published on The Des Moines Register highlights how Sherweb helps Aligned Technology Partners support more than 135 clients.

Strong client relationships depend on strong partnerships behind the scenes. A recent press release published on The Des Moines Register tells the story of how our partnership with Sherweb helps Aligned Technology Partners serve more than 135 clients.
The story was distributed by EIN Presswire and appeared in The Des Moines Register’s paid press release section. It describes the operational work that supports our Microsoft, cloud, and cybersecurity services. Read the full press release.
As our client base grew, Microsoft licensing changes, renewals, cloud costs, and billing required more coordination. Connecting Sherweb with our Autotask business management platform helped automate licensing records as clients and users were added or removed. According to the press release, this reduced the monthly licensing audit workload by up to 57%, from an estimated six to seven staff days to about three.
Sherweb has also worked alongside our team through Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience, an infrastructure move from AWS to Azure, and a cybersecurity transition involving approximately 3,000 endpoints. Dedicated account and technical specialists, plus regular working sessions, gave our team practical support through those changes.
Our clients count on us for managed IT, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Working with Sherweb helps us focus on the advice, security, and reliable service those commitments require.
That kind of partnership matters because time spent reconciling licenses is time we cannot spend with clients. Better systems and experienced partners help us stay focused on client outcomes as we grow. The same principle guides how we work with every client: understand the goal, coordinate the right people and tools, and take responsibility for the outcome.
Joe Craven has previously described the steady work and client focus behind our growth. His words also explain why we value partners who help us keep that focus. Brian Davis spoke directly about Sherweb in the published press release.
What I keep coming back to is how we got here. No shortcuts, no big splashy moves. Just steady work, hiring good people, and fixing the things our clients told us were broken. Growth was the result, not the goal. I am proud of this team.
The new name reflects how we already work. Technology only creates value when it is aligned with a client’s operations and goals. And our team, our relationships, and our commitments stay the same. What is changing is a sharper focus on helping clients optimize for growth.
What you need as you grow is a partner that understands the challenges you are likely to face and can help you work through them. Sherweb has helped us reduce time spent on licensing administration, navigate major technology changes and keep our team focused on serving our clients.
