Community Impact Covers Our Name Change, and What Being Aligned Actually Means

The article captures what we told our clients first: the name changed, but the ownership, the team, and the commitments did not. Brian Davis and Joe Craven announced the new name for the Roanoke-based company on July 7, weeks after the business celebrated 25 years on May 19. The reason behind the name is the part worth repeating. Most businesses are not held back by a shortage of technology. They are held back when their systems, workflows, tools, and decisions drift out of step with how the business actually runs and where leadership is trying to take it. The background in the article is the short version of a long run. Davis and Craven met as students at Texas Tech and both went into technology after graduation. Davis founded the company in 2001. It operated from Blue Mound and Southlake before moving to Roanoke in 2023, and Craven joined the business in 2022.
