Brian Davis Joins the Metroport Chamber Board
Brian Davis, founder of Aligned Technology Partners, was named to the Metroport Chamber board of directors for 2026. What it means for North Texas businesses.
By Madison Davis, Social Media Coordinator

The Metroport Chamber announced at its Quarterly Luncheon, held at Texas Motor Speedway, that Brian Davis, founder of Aligned Technology Partners (formerly On-Site PC Services), would serve on the Chamber’s 2026 Board of Directors.
Aligned Technology Partners is a managed IT and cybersecurity firm headquartered at 1415 Cannon Pkwy in Roanoke, Texas. The company has supported businesses across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex since 2001 and now works with 135+ clients throughout the region. The Metroport communities are not an abstraction to us. They are where our office sits and where a meaningful share of our clients operate.
The region the Chamber represents
The Metroport Chamber serves Roanoke, Trophy Club, Haslet, Justin, Argyle, and the surrounding Alliance corridor. If you have driven Highway 114 or I-35W in the last decade, you have watched what happened here.
Farmland became distribution centers. Two-lane roads became commercial corridors. Companies that employed twelve people in 2015 now employ ninety. That growth is the defining feature of doing business in this part of North Texas, and it creates a specific set of pressures that a Chamber board spends its time on: infrastructure planning, workforce availability, coordination between municipalities, and the relationship between public planning and private investment.
The board’s role is long-range. It shapes economic priorities, guides planning that plays out over years rather than quarters, and works to keep collaboration functioning between local government and the businesses operating here.
Why a technology company belongs in that conversation
There is a version of community involvement that amounts to a logo on a banner. That is not what this is.
Companies in a high-growth corridor run into technology problems on a predictable schedule, and most of them do not see the problem coming. A construction firm that doubles its crew count discovers that the file-sharing setup that worked for eight people does not work for twenty-five. A distributor that adds a second facility in Justin finds out its network was never designed to connect two locations. A professional services firm that hires remote staff realizes nobody ever wrote down who can access what.
Growth exposes misalignment. It rarely creates it. The systems were already the wrong shape. Volume just made it visible.
Over two decades of working with businesses through exactly that transition gives a useful perspective in a room where the topic is regional growth. What slows companies down here is not usually market demand. It is operational capacity, and technology is a large part of operational capacity.
What this looks like on the ground
Consider a specialty distributor in the Alliance corridor that went from 30 employees to 85 over three years. Two warehouses now, a growing inside sales team, and an ERP system implemented when the company was a third of its current size.
Nothing is broken, exactly. But order entry takes longer than it should because staff are working around limitations rather than through them. Inventory counts between locations do not reconcile without manual effort. The owner has no reliable way to see margin by product line without someone building a spreadsheet.
That company does not need an IT emergency. It needs someone to sit down and map what the business will require eighteen months from now against what it has today, then sequence the gap into a plan with costs and dates attached.
This is the Advance pillar: technology used intentionally to support growth, rather than patched reactively as growth exposes each new limitation. It is the core of our vCIO services, and it is the same kind of thinking a Chamber board applies at a regional scale.
Chamber leaders noted at the luncheon that board selections prioritize executives who understand what local businesses are dealing with and who have a demonstrated record of investing in the community rather than simply operating within it.
What local presence actually means for a client
"Local IT provider" is a claim nearly every managed services company in DFW makes. Some of them are headquartered three states away with a sales office here.
The distinction that matters to a client is practical. Can someone be at your office this afternoon when a switch fails and remote tools cannot reach it? Does your provider understand that a hailstorm in Denton means every roofing contractor in the area is about to run at triple capacity and their systems need to hold? Do they know which internet carriers actually perform in a particular industrial park, because they have deployed there before?
That knowledge comes from working in a region for a long time, not from a service area map. Our managed IT services are delivered by a team based here, and our office is eight minutes from Trophy Club.
If you are planning for growth
If your business is growing faster than your systems were designed for, the useful conversation is not about fixing what broke last week. It is about what the next two years require.
We will sit down for a technology roadmap conversation: where your current environment will run out of room, what the realistic sequence and cost looks like, and what to do first. No sales pressure attached.
Serving on the Metroport Chamber Board is an opportunity to give back to a community that has supported our business for more than two decades. This region thrives because of strong collaboration between local leaders, and I’m honored to contribute in a meaningful way.
The Metroport communities are built on entrepreneurship, partnership, and long-term vision. I’m grateful for the trust placed in me and look forward to supporting the Chamber’s work in shaping a strong future for our region.
